What it does
Salesmate connects contacts, companies, deals and conversations across sales, marketing and support. Its CRM includes activities, pipelines, email tracking, quotes and reports. You can create an account for a 15-day trial and invite colleagues before choosing monthly or annual paid access.
A seller can connect an enquiry to its company, deal and next activity in Salesmate. Custom pipelines distinguish work such as discovery, proposal and negotiation. The conversation stays with the customer record when marketing or support needs it later.
What changes between plans

| Pro | Email sequences, quotes, support tickets and a team inbox |
| Business | Custom objects, surveys, service-level agreements and a power dialer |
| Enterprise | Audit logs, IP restrictions and dedicated onboarding |
Automation uses Smart Flow credits. The allowances are 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 credits per user monthly on Basic, Pro and Business respectively. Phone numbers and calling or text usage are additional purchases.
The trial allows as many teammates as you need. After creating the account, use invite teammates in the getting-started steps. Trial access lasts 15 days; continuing requires a paid billing plan.
