What it does

SalesScreen provides sales competitions, targets and team recognition. Administrators can choose participants, scoring and winner rules before publishing an event to feeds or screens. Essentials starts with a 30-day trial without card details, followed by a paid plan.

Start a SalesScreen Standard competition from Competitions → New competition → Standard. Choose users, teams or custom teams, then define the measurement: one metric, weighted points across several metrics, an Activity Flow, or an enabled Scorecard. Multiple-metric competitions support up to ten metrics.

Set the time window and decide whether the contest needs a target or only a relative ranking. First to target and Best at end are different winner rules, so choose the one the event is intended to reward. Save as draft when the setup still needs review.

Publishing has its own choices for playlists, feeds and notifications. If a published competition does not appear on a TV, check its selected playlist or feed and whether the relevant screen is online before changing the scoring setup.

Trial and team size

Access Practical boundary
Essentials A 30-day trial, then paid monthly Essentials access or an upgrade
Scale At least ten users
Pro At least fifteen users

Create the trial account from the pricing page. Competition creation requires the appropriate company or competition administrator permissions; a team member's general access does not grant those controls.

Strengths

  • Standard competitions separate participants, scoring and winner rules
  • Draft and publishing controls allow setup review before the event appears

Watch out for

  • A weighted competition can combine at most ten metrics
  • Scale requires ten users and Pro requires fifteen

Best for

  • Sales teams running defined activity or outcome competitions with shared visibility
