What it does
Salsify helps brands and retailers manage product information, share it with sales channels and build digital catalogs. Teams can prepare content centrally, then control which updates reach retailers or catalog visitors. Account access and the licensed products are arranged through a commercial order.
Catalog Sites creates branded assortments from Salsify's central product information. Search, filters and exports to predefined templates help sales teams retrieve assets.
Preview the catalog and choose which content to publish. Approved updates flow from the central records into the site, so a seasonal assortment can reuse the same product information rather than maintain a separate copy.
Supplier Portal users register their company and market, confirm the emailed link, then sign in. In Administration > Publication mode, choose automatic publication or manual review. Automatic mode shares imported products with activated recipients; manual mode requires a separate publication action. This setting matters before importing a large supplier file.
Salsify's order specifies the purchased solutions, usage limits and fees. The default payment arrangement is annual billing in advance unless the order says otherwise.
