What it does

Sampath Bank's Vishwa Corporate service handles business-account payments, collections and statements in a browser. Companies can separate payment entry from authorization and configure several approval levels. Annual licence charges depend on the number of users.

Set up who can enter and approve payments

Start with the Vishwa Corporate application for your business type. The limited-company form separates Enterers, who view and enter transactions, from Authorizers, who view and approve them. It asks for delegates' identities, user levels and permitted facilities. At least one user from each configured authorization level must approve a request before it goes to the bank.

Available facilities include account enquiries, own-account transfers, salary batches, registered corporate payees, government payments and Mobile Cash. Mobile Cash requires the beneficiary's phone number to be registered.

For repeat supplier or salary payments, saved templates and scheduling reduce repeated entry. Account details and downloadable statements help reconcile what was paid. An ERP connection is also offered for businesses that need payments linked with their internal accounting system.

Licence and transaction charges

Corporate users Annual licence fee
Up to 5 LKR 7,500
6 to 12 LKR 12,500
More than 12 LKR 12,500 plus LKR 1,000 per additional user

The up-to-five-user price applies from 1 July 2026. Separate transaction charges include LKR 15 for third-party Sampath transfers, LKR 25 for transfers through CEFTS, LKR 50 through SLIPS and LKR 75 for Mobile Cash. CEFTS and SLIPS are Sri Lankan interbank transfer systems.

This service requires Sampath business accounts and enrollment. The public portal provides applications for companies, partnerships, proprietors and clubs or societies, plus a draft board resolution and modification forms.
