What it does

Sana Commerce Cloud connects B2B storefronts with supported Microsoft Dynamics and SAP systems. The ERP supplies core catalog, inventory, and pricing information, while Sana adds the web buying experience and content controls.

Choose the ERP's stock calculation before choosing how the storefront displays it. Sana can show physical stock minus reservations, or a projected balance that includes expected deliveries. Exact quantities, text, and colored indicators can therefore represent different inventory questions.

The Product import task retrieves the ERP catalog. Sana Admin can enrich the resulting product pages with formatted descriptions, images, and videos. For a video, enter its URL on the product page's Media tab and drag it into the required order. Variant support depends on the ERP, so check a representative size-and-color product before committing to the catalog structure.

Package Buying and operating scope
Essential Native ERP integration, visual design, guest checkout, stock and shipping information
Pro Adds returns, quote-to-order conversion, marketplaces, and customer segments
Advanced Adds multiple installations, account hierarchies, advanced analytics, and customization options

Pricing is quoted for the business and supported ERP environment. Confirm the specific Dynamics or SAP edition as part of that scope.

Staff sign into Sana Admin. Where device verification is enabled, a login from an unknown device needs confirmation through an emailed link; notification-only mode sends an alert without blocking the login.
