What it does
SAP SuccessFactors HCM covers core HR, payroll, learning, skills and performance management. Its Continuous Performance tools let employees and managers record activities, connect them to goals and discuss progress. Access uses the employer's SAP SuccessFactors account, with the purchased products determining the available tools.
SAP SuccessFactors connects employee administration with talent and development products. Continuous Performance gives managers a record of work discussed between formal reviews.
From Home, open Continuous Performance and select a direct report under Active Channels. In View by Status, choose Create Activity, enter its name and status, optionally link a goal from the default goal plan, then Save. Existing activities accept comments through the Updates box and Post. Mobile use requires the employer to enable the application; SAP's documented mobile instructions describe iOS, with possible Android differences.
The available performance functions and other modules depend on the employer's implementation and access permissions.
