What it does
Screenful analyzes connected task-management data to report throughput, velocity, lead time and cycle time. Teams can build custom charts and reports, share them by link or embed, and schedule delivery by email or Slack.
Screenful turns task-management history into throughput, velocity, lead-time and cycle-time reports. Source capacity counts connected boards, projects or teams; one GitHub source can group several repositories.
Open Integrations, choose the tool and select Add board to import another source. Authorize access, select the boards and review how their workflow steps map to Not started, In progress and Done. That mapping feeds lead-time and cycle-time calculations. Imported sources then appear in a chart's Data sources selector.
| Plan | Sources | Charts | Reports | Trend history |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 6 | 20 | 5 | 12 months |
| Pro | 15 | 45 | 10 | 24 months |
| Scale | 60 | 120 | 30 | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | 200 | 300 | 80 | Unlimited |
All plans include unlimited users. Automatic synchronization runs hourly; a manual sync is available in Integrations. Reports can go to email or Slack.
The account-based trial lasts 14 days without a card. Expired trial accounts are removed 30 days later, so continuing access requires a subscription.
Strengths
- Analyzes delivery-flow measures across connected task data.
- Combines charts and commentary with several sharing routes.
Watch out for
- Automatic synchronization runs hourly; more immediate updates require a manual sync.
- Boards or projects consume source capacity, with additional chart and history limits.
Best for
- Teams reporting on work flow across project and task-management tools
