What it does
FlicFlac is a portable audio converter for WAV, FLAC, MP3, OGG, APE, M4A, and AAC inputs. It accepts dragged files and integrates with Windows Explorer's context menu.
Drag a source into FlicFlac or use its Explorer menu to convert it. The directional matrix accepts AAC and M4A as inputs to WAV, FLAC, MP3, OGG or APE; AAC/M4A are not listed export targets. MP3-to-MP3 changes bitrate. FlicFlac is portable and MIT-licensed, and the official legacy Windows page dates its latest release to October 2022.
