What it does
SeekOut helps recruiters search for candidates, organize prospects and run outreach. It combines external profiles with records from a connected applicant tracking system (ATS), with broader packages adding inbound screening and evaluation.
In Search, use the Prompt tab to describe the role, paste a job description or upload a file. Review the matching profiles and refine the filters before saving prospects with Add to Project. A project can hold the shortlist, notes and recruiting status; from there, retrieve contact details, export profiles or start outreach.
Projects accept up to 100 candidates in one addition. Archive an inactive search if you may need it again, because deleting a project is permanent. Retrieving an email address or phone number uses a contact credit, so check the balance on the home dashboard before a large outreach round.
Choosing the sourcing scope

Core has a 14-day trial. Exporting a profile to another system and searching the records already held there are different capabilities; choose the integration package for the latter. Account access uses email and password or the organization's central sign-in.

Watch out for
- Contact retrieval and exports have separate monthly allowances.
- A deleted project cannot be recovered; archive it when the search may reopen.
