What it does

Sellbrite centralises marketplace listings, orders and stock across warehouses. Merchants can inspect available, reserved and on-hand quantities, make bulk changes and determine which warehouse inventory each channel receives.

Sellbrite separates physical stock from stock committed to open orders. On Hand is the quantity you edit; Reserved covers unshipped orders, and Available is what remains for sale.

For standard Sellbrite accounts, open Products > Inventory > Bulk Editor, adjust On Hand quantities and save. Filter by warehouse when an item has stock at several locations. Inventory CSV imports offer two choices: Actual Quantity replaces counts, while Quantity Adjustment adds to them. Sellbrite for Shopify instead manages inventory in Shopify.

Choose which warehouses serve each channel

Add locations under Settings > Warehouse Locations. This creates the location without moving stock into it. New warehouses are active on all channels by default. In Settings > Sales Channel Integrations, open a channel and move unwanted locations to Disabled Warehouses. Drag active warehouses into fulfillment priority order.

Standard Sellbrite plans

Plan Monthly order allowance Stock, price and order update interval
Free 30 2 hours
Pro 100 100 15 minutes
Pro 500 500 15 minutes
Pro 2K 2,000 15 minutes

Paid plans exclude Amazon FBA orders from the count. FBA inventory and multichannel fulfillment are an extra paid option. Passing a paid tier's order allowance triggers an automatic upgrade with a prorated charge.

An account is required. The standard service offers 14 days of full access; its trial terms say it moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan and provide payment details.

Strengths

  • Available, reserved and on-hand quantities distinguish selling stock from committed units
  • Each channel can have its own active warehouses and fulfillment order

Watch out for

  • Free inventory updates and order imports run every two hours
  • Exceeding a paid order allowance triggers an automatic prorated upgrade

Best for

  • Small multichannel merchants coordinating stock across warehouses and marketplaces
