What it does
Sell.Do manages real-estate leads, sales teams and related revenue operations. Administrators can arrange temporary lead cover during absences or reassign leads when a colleague leaves. Pricing is quoted per active user, starting at five users, with modules and usage affecting the total.
For an absence, open Setting Management > User Management > Attendance and Availability. Mark the salesperson unavailable, choose a fallback colleague and save. That colleague temporarily handles the leads.
When a salesperson leaves
From All Users, open the person's three-dot menu and select Deactivate. Replace any routing-rule or fallback assignments when prompted, select an active lead recipient and confirm deactivation. The account and its history remain in the list. These settings are available to Admin and Support Manager accounts.
New users need personal and team details, then activate their account through the confirmation email. An unconfirmed account has not completed that step.
Request a written quote for active users, modules, AI usage and communication volumes. The minimum is five users; agree the onboarding work and any annual discount in that quote.
