What it does
Descartes Sellercloud connects marketplace orders with inventory, purchasing and fulfillment. It charges a subscription based on order volume and type, with an account required for each user. Warehouse capability and optional services vary by package.
Sellercloud imports channel orders into one dashboard, where filters narrow the work by the relevant order group. Backorders are released chronologically when stock becomes available. Shipping confirmations and tracking return to the sales channels, while the order rules engine controls which automations run and when.
| Plan | Main scope |

| Growth | Adds Skustack mobile picking, packing, receiving and advanced warehouse controls |
| Enterprise | Adds options for private hosting, custom applications and dedicated support |
Plans generally have annual subscriptions. The proposal sets included volume and extra-order charges, which may differ for merchant and Amazon fulfillment. Users and standard integrations are unlimited; custom work and add-ons can cost extra.
