What it does
Sendcloud connects supported European merchants with order imports, courier labels, tracking and returns. Pack & Go can present orders one at a time for the packing bench. Free access uses Sendcloud rates, while paid subscriptions add courier-contract connections and further shipping controls.
Check the dispatch country first. Sendcloud fully supports Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. Czechia, Denmark, Poland, Portugal and Sweden need a supported courier contract and an invoice address in one of those first countries other than the UK.
Orders can arrive through a store connection, CSV upload or API. The Free plan uses Sendcloud's rates; keeping your own carrier contract requires paid access. The public overview advertises a no-subscription allowance of up to twenty parcels per month, with postage still payable.
Process orders at the packing bench
On a plan with Pack & Go, open Settings > Pack & Go settings and choose Chronological Queue Mode. Orders appear one at a time. Review their items and package details, correct address errors, then choose Create label. The next order opens automatically; Next leaves an unfinished order in the queue.
Optional item verification checks the packed contents before label creation. It needs a supported integration supplying EAN barcodes. You can require every item, allow incomplete packing with a warning, or allow it unconditionally. A separate print app enables automatic printing but is not required to use the queue.
Prices depend on the account country
The current regional price notice gives these monthly-billed subscription fees in EUR, excluding VAT:

Annual subscriptions have separate prepaid rates. These figures apply to the named countries; they are not a universal European tariff. Label-processing fees are additional and vary with country, billing term and plan, separately from postage.
Create the merchant account with an email address. Paid-feature evaluation lasts fourteen days without a card. The continuing Free plan is also available, while branded return portals and broader tracking functions depend on the chosen subscription.
