What it does

Sendigram brings email design, contact segmentation, campaigns and automated sequences into one small-business account. Monthly or annual packages share sending capacity across campaigns and automations, and new accounts receive 10,000 starter emails without a card.

Estimate campaign and automation volume together when choosing a Sendigram package. Paid options vary by emails, features and users, with monthly or annual billing and extra credits available. New accounts receive 10,000 starter emails and 10 AI credits without providing a card.

Both kinds of sending share the account ceiling, but use separate queues. A reserved share is kept for automations, and unused capacity can pass between queues. A newsletter can therefore run alongside triggered messages without taking the automation queue's reserved share; account or sending-domain reputation restrictions can still slow both.

Run Automation checks for a trigger, completed settings, a verified sending domain, a valid IP and enough balance. Pause Automation holds contacts at their current step and suspends scheduled work; Continue resumes from there. A depleted balance, expired subscription or invalid domain can also stop a flow, so resolve the cause before running it again.

To create an account, enter your name, business name, business email and a password, then verify the confirmation email. Complete the company address in your profile after signing in. Some features stay locked until the email address is confirmed.

Strengths

  • Separate queues reserve some shared capacity for automated messages
  • Paused contacts resume from their existing workflow step

Watch out for

  • Campaigns and automations remain subject to the same overall sending limit
  • Account or domain reputation restrictions can affect both queues

Best for

  • Small businesses running newsletter campaigns alongside triggered email follow-ups
