What it does

Sendsteps is an education platform built around a four-step learning loop: Create, Engage, Validate and Improve. Teachers can prepare interactive lessons, collect answers during class, see what students understand, and use learning data and AI suggestions to improve the next lesson. AI recommends, teachers decide. Teachers can start free without a credit card, and the platform sits alongside existing LMS systems rather than replacing them. Learners answer on their own devices.

The site lists a demo option and a free start with no credit card required. Paid plans add learning insights and campus-wide options. Sendsteps says it is hosted in the EU by design, is ISO 27001 certified, and follows GDPR by design. It provides privacy, terms, AI policy, cookie policy, security, help center, and contact pages. It compares itself with Kahoot, Mentimeter, and Wooclap. The page states Sendsteps does not replace an LMS and that course records and grades remain in the institution's existing systems. Learners join a lesson and answer on their own devices.
