What it does

Trumpet combines sales content, buyer action plans and collaboration in shared Pods. Teams can restrict individual page audiences and transfer a room’s ownership and notifications. An ongoing free account includes ten Pods and unlimited users; paid plans offer monthly or annual per-user billing.

Set the intended audience of a Trumpet page from the Pod or template editor. Open the page's ellipsis menu, choose Details, and enter the permitted email addresses in Page Info. The page can also be hidden in live mode from people without access. Use that control when a room contains material intended for only part of the buying group.

A colleague taking over the deal needs Pod ownership as well as the shared link. In Pod Settings → Owner & Permissions → Pod Owner, select the teammate and change the owner. New Pod notifications go to that person, and both the former and new owners receive the handoff email.

Free includes ten Pods per account and unlimited users. At the limit, existing Pods stay live; the product prompts an upgrade for unlimited Pods rather than breaking the current rooms.

Create a free account to manage Pods, or return through Sign In. If a teammate leaves and their user is deleted, their Pods pass to the account owner rather than disappearing.

Strengths

  • Page audiences can be set independently inside a shared Pod
  • Changing Pod ownership redirects future notifications to the new owner

Watch out for

  • Free accounts are limited to ten Pods

Best for

  • Sales teams handing active buyer rooms between account owners
