What it does

Sensible is a document extraction platform. It combines AI extraction with deterministic, rule-based methods to read PDFs and other documents and return structured data. Users can start free, drop a document into the browser editor, or call the API. Endpoints cover synchronous and asynchronous extraction, Excel and CSV conversion from PDFs, portfolio extraction and document classification. Pricing is charged per document. The site offers an API reference, the SenseML configuration language, a config library by industry and document type, and managed services for custom workflows and integrations.

The site lists compliance claims including SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and GDPR. Document types are grouped by industry: insurance loss runs, COIs and dec pages; healthcare EOBs, CMS1500s and SBCs; financial services bank statements, tax forms and paystubs; logistics bills of lading, rate confirmations and invoices; property rent rolls, mortgage portfolios and inspections. Other listed pages include a config library, changelog, SenseML reference, MCP server and email processors. Signup is at app.sensible.so and demos are booked through the meeting page.
