What it does
SEOPress offers a free WordPress SEO plugin and paid extensions for advanced site tasks. It supports metadata, sitemaps and migration from other SEO plugins, with CSV tools for larger editorial changes.
SEOPress Free handles WordPress titles, descriptions, social previews and sitemaps. Install it through Plugins > Add New, activate it, then open SEO in the admin sidebar to run the setup wizard. A separate vendor account is not part of that free installation.
Its import tool accepts metadata from plugins including Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO and The SEO Framework. The editing box then lets you inspect titles and descriptions in your normal WordPress editor. This is useful when changing plugins without wanting to rewrite every page's search presentation.
PRO costs USD 49 per year for one site, USD 59 for five, or USD 149 for unlimited sites, excluding VAT. The published renewal price is the same. PRO adds advanced schema, redirects, 404 monitoring and other site tools. Insights is separate at USD 99 per year per site for ranking and backlink tracking.
Bulk metadata and CSV workflows help with larger updates, but keep the distinction between site configuration and off-site monitoring clear: a PRO licence does not automatically include the separate Insights service.
