What it does
Serif is an AI agent platform for email and document work. It reads threads, pulls attachments, runs lookups, applies your rules and writes replies. When a job is unclear it routes it to a person for review. Document collection and processing is one use, where Serif chases paperwork, reads the replies and follows up until the file is complete. Other listed uses include compliance, intake and quoting, complex support, and accounting and tax work. Serif runs in Gmail and Outlook, on Mac and Windows desktop, and on iOS, with Android marked coming soon. There is a free inbox report and a signup page.
Pages list downloads for Mac (arm), Mac (x64), Windows and iOS. Gmail and Outlook have install links. Security page states email is never used to train general AI models and is never stored on Serif servers, that learned data is encrypted at rest, and that systems are SOC 2 Type 2, CASA Tier 2, GDPR and HIPAA compliant. Support contact is [email protected]. Stated monthly figures on the home page: 611,000+ emails sent, 150,000+ hours saved, 11M+ emails processed.
