What it does

sevdesk combines invoices, receipt capture, bank connections and accounting views for German businesses. Electronic invoice tools create readable previews and process structured invoice data.

sevdesk turns structured electronic invoices into readable previews and extracts their data for processing. Receipts can be captured with the app or uploaded from a computer, with suggested accounting categories. Bank matching connects payments to invoices and highlights missing documents.

The lasting Free plan covers three invoices per month, including electronic invoices, with unlimited contacts and products. It does not include the paid bookkeeping workflow.

Plan Regular monthly price, before VAT Main scope
Free EUR 0 Three invoices per month
Rechnung EUR 11.90 Unlimited invoices and quotes; accountant access
Buchhaltung EUR 25.90 Receipt processing, bank matching and German accounting reports
Buchhaltung Pro EUR 34.90 Cost centres, management reports and a REST programming interface

These paid prices use monthly billing. Longer contracts and promotional offers have different rates. Buchhaltung includes direct German VAT submissions through ELSTER without a separate ELSTER certificate, plus income-and-expense and profit-and-loss reports. The account trial lasts 14 days and requires no card; afterwards you can keep Free or choose a paid plan.
