What it does
Shadow PC Gaming rents access to a streamed PC where users can install game launchers, software and mods. Offer limits differ between plans.
Shadow’s install-your-own-software model is useful when a fixed cloud catalogue does not fit your library. You still need the games and software you want to install. Compare the specific offer carefully: the official page describes a session-based offer with monthly hours as well as fuller PC options, so usage limits cannot be generalized across all plans.
Installation happens on the remote Windows PC; your local device receives the stream. That distinction matters for storage and software setup: install the launcher and your entitled game on Shadow, then connect through a compatible client or browser.
