What it does
Shiftbase brings schedules, time records and employee absences together. Administrators can correct leave hours, record a payout or transfer the amount to another balance.
From Employee → employee name → Absence, choose the balance and open Corrected → Make correction. Set a date within the contract and enter hours, using a minus sign for a reduction. Correct changes the balance; Payout carries the change into payroll; Transfer to moves it elsewhere. Check the destination and hours-to-days conversion before saving.

These are monthly-billed rates. Annual payment saves 10%, but reductions in team size count from the next renewal. The regular trial lasts fourteen days; Enterprise lists thirty. Users manage email and password credentials through My profile.
