What it does
Shiken records meetings with or without a meeting bot and turns the results into notes, roleplays, courses, quizzes and slides. Users practise conversations with AI avatars, get rubric based scoring on real calls, and share output through CRM, Slack, Teams, team folders, an LMS or public links. The site offers free sign up, a free trial and a demo request. It supports 40 or more languages.
Shiken lists meeting recording across Zoom, Google Meet and Teams, plus bot free recording. Roleplay scenarios can be created from a call recording, document or pitch deck. Scoring covers discovery, objection handling, talk ratio and filler words, with human feedback alongside AI scores. The service page states native integrations for CRM, meetings, messaging and LMS tools, connections to 3,200 or more apps through managed connectors, and a public API and webhooks on every plan. The signup page offers Google, Apple, Microsoft or email account creation, with passwords of at least 12 characters. The site shows a free 7 day trial, cancel anytime.
