What it does
Shine Regnskab is the Danish accounting product now associated with the former Billy service. It combines invoicing, expense documents and bookkeeping, with bank reconciliation automation in higher tiers.
Shine Regnskab is the Danish bookkeeping product previously known as Billy. Receipt scans and bank entries supply the records, the task overview shows work needing attention, and the dashboard gathers income, expenses and VAT.
Choose around document volume and the work you want automated:
| Plan | Cost or commitment | Main difference |
|---|---|---|
| Free | DKK 0 | Three invoices and ten expense documents per month |
| Basic | From DKK 160 per month with annual payment | Unlimited invoices and expense documents, plus accountant access |
| Plus | Paid subscription | Automatic bank reconciliation, integrations and Copilot |
| Complete | DKK 595 per month; 12-month commitment | Plus functions, quarterly accounting checks and an annual report |
Creating an account starts a 30-day Plus trial without a credit card. It ends automatically, and the Free plan remains an option for a low-volume business. Paid plans let an accountant use a separate login to retrieve reports and documents without an extra accountant-access charge.
For a first setup, connect the business bank account and upload a few receipts before reviewing the task list. Automatic bank reconciliation belongs to Plus and Complete, so a business processing frequent bank entries may need a different plan from one sending only an occasional invoice.
Strengths
- A free tier for low document volumes
- Higher tiers add bank reconciliation and other automation
Watch out for
- The free tier limits monthly invoices and expense documents
- Automatic bank reconciliation is listed under Plus
Best for
