What it does
Ship&co combines store orders, domestic and international labels and tracking updates in one merchant account. It supports partial shipments and multiple packages. A thirty-day trial needs no card; active subscriptions combine monthly infrastructure fees with per-label charges.
Connect supported stores or supply orders by CSV or API. Choose the carrier and service, confirm the shipment and create labels; tracking returns to the connected store where supported. Partial fulfillment and several packages are available. Most carriers use your own contract and rates, while Japan Post International has a contract-free route.
Software charges have two parts. The JPY schedule is:
| Monthly label volume | Progressive price per label | Monthly infrastructure fee |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 50 | JPY 22 | JPY 1,100 |
| 51 to 1,000 | JPY 18 | JPY 3,300 |
| 1,001 to 3,000 | JPY 15 | JPY 5,500 |
| 3,001 to 5,000 | JPY 13 | JPY 8,800 |
| 5,001 to 10,000 | JPY 11 | JPY 9,900 |
| Above 10,000 | JPY 10 | JPY 11,000 |
Per-label tiers apply progressively; the infrastructure amount follows the month's volume and includes tax. Even zero labels incur the JPY 1,100 minimum while the subscription is active. Other supported billing currencies have separate schedules.
Open Settings > Account > Manage subscription to review invoices, payment details and the subscription.
