What it does
ShipHero coordinates warehouse stock, orders, picking routes and packing stations for brands and fulfillment operators.
Choose among single-item batches, multi-item batches and bulkship according to the day's order mix. Picking routes guide staff through the warehouse, while packing suggestions draw on previous pack-out history.
Hero Board shows the orders still needing picking, packing and shipping. It refreshes hourly, so a newly completed batch may not yet appear in its totals.
Using the software requires a ShipHero account. The subscription agreement sets the unit allowance and billing period. Exceeding the allowance can raise fees during the current period and in the following one; check how your contract defines a unit before comparing a base quote with expected volume.
Unless the agreement says otherwise, renewal is for one year and non-renewal requires at least 30 days' notice. Separately purchased consulting work adds to the subscription charge.
