What it does
Shippit connects ecommerce orders with carrier selection, fulfillment, tracking and delivery messages. Team members need user accounts. Plus and Pro have subscriptions; Lite has no monthly base fee but charges for bookings using a merchant's own carrier.
If Pick & Pack shows an order without items, check whether the store integration sends line-item data. For printing, open Settings > Devices > Printer and select Native for AirPrint or Android Print, or Zebra for Zebra Direct. The printer and device must share a Wi-Fi network. View Label opens a PDF for manual printing.
A failed packslip can be retried, printed later or canceled. After changing package dimensions, tap outside the field if the carrier quote has not refreshed.

Paid plans have monthly charges; annual Pro terms are also available. Add-ons and usage fees are separate. Lite's booking charge applies despite its zero monthly base.
To add a store operator, open Settings > Store > Users, choose the store and select Add user. Enter their contact details and complete the invitation. The emailed link lets them finish creating their account.
