What it does

ShippyPro combines imported store orders, carrier label creation and shipment tracking. Dispatch teams can filter orders into working views, review a batch before creating labels and check which shipments still need printing or a store update.

From imported order to printed label

Start in Ready to Ship and use filters or a saved view to find the orders you want. Select the batch, choose Ship Orders, review its details and carrier choices, then create the labels. In Shipped, filters identify labels awaiting printing, shipments not yet updated in the store and those not transmitted to the carrier. Review that status before printing or updating the marketplace.

You need your own supported carrier account for live shipping. ShippyPro does not supply carrier rates. Its Generic Carrier option can create simulated labels for trying the interface without real carrier credentials.

Plans and shipment counting

Public plan Advertised volume Purchase route
Pro250 250 shipments per month Annual billing only
Pro2000 2,000 shipments per month Self-service subscription
Pro4000 4,000 shipments per month Self-service subscription
Enterprise Agreed scope Sales quote; annual billing

New labels, including return labels, count toward usage. Reprinting an existing label does not, but creating a replacement label does. Confirm the fee and carrier allowance for the selected currency, term and offer before purchase.

For self-service plans, an annual allowance is pooled across the year. With automatic renewal enabled, using it up starts a new paid term immediately. With renewal disabled, the plan ends when the allowance runs out; there are no shipment top-up packs. Plans contains renewal controls, and the cancellation status there confirms whether the next renewal is stopped.

The trial lasts 14 days or 30 labels, whichever comes first, and needs no card. Continuing requires buying a plan. Invited team members join with their own account.

Strengths

  • Saved views and status filters help organize dispatch work.
  • Existing labels can be reprinted without another shipment count.
  • Annual allowances can cover uneven shipping volumes across the year.

Watch out for

  • Live shipping requires a supported carrier account.
  • Exhausting an allowance can trigger a new paid term early.
  • Shipment allowances cannot be extended with small top-up packs.

Best for

  • Online retailers dispatching batches across several carriers
  • Shipping teams that need visibility into labels and store updates
