What it does
Shipup by ZigZag combines shipment tracking, customer messages and logistics dashboards. Teams can filter delivery incidents and export affected parcels for follow-up. Access uses a fixed subscription plus parcel charges, with a minimum twelve-month commitment and paid onboarding.
Filter incidents by carrier, destination country, delivery status, warehouse or custom variables. For example, a carrier-and-country filter can isolate one delayed route. In Manage Reports, generate a CSV containing the matching tracking numbers, or schedule reports for chosen days and times. Alerts can use carrier-specific thresholds.
| Plan | Fixed subscription | Commitment |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | EUR 299/month | One year |
| Advanced | EUR 599/month | One year |
| Premium | EUR 999/month | One year |
The total also depends on contracted parcel volume. Onboarding is paid; SMS and WhatsApp use separate usage charges, while selected feature add-ons are charged per parcel. Extra parcels use the contracted unit price, and sustained overages can prompt a contract review. Higher volume or feature requirements can require a higher plan.
Existing Shipup products continue to be maintained following the ZigZag merger.
