What it does
Shopcada combines a hosted storefront with inventory, retail, marketplace, and order-management tools. Automation covers scheduled content, product updates, and customer messages tied to store events.
Shopcada separates preparing a parcel from notifying the customer that it has shipped. For an order that needs tracking, go to Orders > Fulfil Orders > Create Packages in the dashboard. Filter for the order, select the products and carrier, then choose Create Package Only. No shipment email goes out at that point.
Open Manage Packing List from the package's three-dot menu, add the tracking number, and use Update & Notify. This sends the email and updates the order status. For a carrier without that tracking step, Create Package & Ship sends the notification directly. Activate the carrier in the App Store before using it.
The wider platform connects storefront, retail and marketplace work. Its automation tools can schedule products, pages, banners and promotions, as well as messages tied to payment, shipment or store-credit events.
An account is required. Service fees are prepaid and renew automatically. To cancel, give at least five business days' notice before renewal; unused prepaid service is nonrefundable. Confirm the subscription amount and period in your offer, along with any connected retail or fulfillment services.
