What it does
ShopWired runs hosted online stores with retail and wholesale selling options. Trade buyers can apply for accounts and receive assigned prices or access to trade-only products. Paid plans include hosting, while turnover thresholds and selected apps affect the subscription needed.
ShopWired is a practical option for a UK business selling to both the public and trade buyers. Its Trade accounts app supports separate prices, restricted products and customer credit accounts. The credit-account feature does not impose a credit limit.
Approve a trade customer
Install Trade accounts from Apps. Buyers can apply on the store's account/trade-application page. In B2B, open the application, check its details and activate it when approved; the customer then receives an activation email. Automatic activation is optional under B2B > Trade settings.
Orders are linked by billing email address. Two orders with different emails can therefore belong to different customer records even when the buyer's other details match.
Give an account its agreed prices
In B2B > Trade pricing bands, create a named band, edit it and add product or variation prices. Products and variations need unique SKUs. Open the customer's Pricing section and select the band to apply those prices.
For a larger catalogue, import a CSV containing SKU, Pricing Band ID and Price. An import replaces previously uploaded prices in that band, so include the complete intended set.
Subscription and turnover
Published monthly-billed prices are in GBP:

Trade accounts cost an additional GBP 10 per month on Essentials and are included above it. Turnover uses website payments over the preceding 365 days; exceeding the ceiling triggers an upgrade. Admin-created and offline-payment orders are excluded.
The 14-day trial needs no card and expires without purchase. Hosting is included; domain registration, email hosting and payment-provider fees are separate. Monthly cancellation requires 30 days' notice.
