What it does
Shortspilot AI is a browser based tool for making faceless vertical short videos. A user enters a topic, picks a style such as Cinematic, Anime or Realistic, chooses a length, and the tool writes a script, creates images, adds a voiceover and lays captions over the video. Each render opens in a timeline editor for changing captions, voices, transitions, clips and music before re-rendering. Finished videos can be scheduled and auto-published to YouTube Shorts and TikTok. A live sign-up form and three yearly plans are published on the site.
Voices come from ElevenLabs and OpenAI and are described as sounding like a real human voice. Supported formats listed on the site are AI Video, Reddit Stories and Fake Chat. The FAQ on the home page addresses publishing platforms, editing before posting, and whether the user must appear on camera or record anything. Three yearly plans are shown: Pilot at $14.00 per month billed yearly at $168.00, Autopilot at $29.00 per month billed yearly at $348.00, and Astronaut at $55.00 per month billed yearly at $660.00. Monthly credits are 1,500, 3,200 and 6,300 per plan, with one, two or three video series respectively. Every plan lists scheduled posting, auto-posting to YouTube Shorts and TikTok, the timeline editor with captions and transitions, and AI voiceovers. The plan pages state that plans can be cancelled anytime, and the closing prompt says no credit card is required to start. Other site sections include a pricing block, FAQ, blog, Discord link and legal pages.
