What it does
Sierra Interactive connects property websites and incoming leads with agent CRM workflows. Routing rules and action plans assign leads and organize follow-up. Subscriptions differ in users and automation; both monthly instalments and annual prepayment use a twelve-month agreement.
Sierra routes enquiries using criteria such as geography, price and property type. Action plans combine scheduled messages with call tasks and can pause when a lead replies. Lead ponds provide a place for unclaimed follow-up work.

| Growth | 5 | Expanded messaging, reporting and dedicated onboarding |
Schedule a Demo to discuss the account. Ad management and Lead Engage are separate additions.
Both annual prepayment and monthly instalments commit to twelve months. Monthly instalments add a setup fee. The payment interval therefore changes how the subscription is paid, rather than shortening the agreement to one month.
