What it does
SigmaNote is an AI knowledge workspace that keeps documents, PDFs, voice notes, videos, and web pages in one place. You import material, then chat with AI agents that answer from your own data. It records audio and turns speech into searchable transcripts, reads EPUBs and PDFs, and helps produce summaries, articles, and reports. The knowledge base syncs across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web.
Imports cover text and image PDFs, EPUB, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, web articles, YouTube links with auto transcripts, and files shared from other iOS apps. The free Starter tier allows 5 imports and 5 AI prompts per day with a 5MB file limit. Premium costs $8.99 per month or $81.99 per year with unlimited imports and prompts and 15GB of storage. Notes are stored with end-to-end encryption, sync traffic uses TLS 1.3, and content is not used for model training. Support is by email at [email protected] and through Discord.
