What it does
SILKYPIX provides RAW development products, camera support across manufacturers and preset-based editing.
In Developer Studio Pro12, select the image and open Develop, choose the folder, name and JPEG or TIFF output, then preview settings before developing or queuing the job. Batch output handles name conflicts by renaming, asking, overwriting or skipping; overwrite replaces an existing file. Supported processing inputs and export formats differ. Pro12's Windows download offers a 30-day trial. The family advertises one-time purchase and up to three PCs per licence; RAW Converter has a separate 14-day trial.
Strengths
- Camera support across manufacturers
- Preset-based starting treatments
Watch out for
- Overwrite mode replaces existing output files; processing input formats do not all remain available as export formats.
Best for
- Developing photographs from several cameras
