A website that collects filled documents needs the separate business workflow: share a link or embed the editor, then receive submissions and notifications. Basic lists a monthly allowance of 2,500 documents/submissions and five dashboard users; higher plans raise quotas and add branding, storage and access controls. Premium explicitly includes API access. Check the collection destination and quota-counting rules rather than applying the free editor's local-processing description to every business setup.
