What it does

Simplify combines job recommendations, resume tailoring and a job tracker. Its Copilot supports application forms, while the separate Autopilot offering describes preparing and submitting applications for the user.

Decide how much of an application you want the service to handle. Reviewing a suggested resume line is different from enabling a service that submits applications, and Simplify presents those as distinct workflows. Its resume editor lets readers accept suggestions line by line.

Start by keeping your experience accurate in the uploaded resume and checking suggested changes against the job description. The tracker can organise applications through stages such as saved, applied and interviewing, which is useful when several conversations are active. If you consider Autopilot, examine that offering’s scope before enabling it. Automatic preparation changes how you review an application; it does not supply qualifications or experience you do not have.

Job matches, autofill and the tracker are included in the free service. Simplify+ is a paid subscription. Web purchases are managed from the Simplify account; subscriptions bought in the iOS app are billed and managed through Apple’s App Store.
