What it does
Simply Voting provides self-administered election software and optional managed services for membership organizations. Its Election Manager supports correcting names, email addresses and eligible-voter lists after finalization, with restrictions once someone has voted. Elections for ten or fewer eligible voters are free; larger projects and extra services are paid.
After finalizing a Simply Voting election, open Electors > New Elector, fill in the person's details and click Add. Entries must be added individually; a large import needs support. Adding someone does not send an invitation. Send or schedule a specific-elector email blast, or use an upcoming reminder to non-voters.
Names and email addresses remain editable. An elector can be deleted only before voting. These controls help correct eligibility and delivery problems without rebuilding the election.
Elections with ten or fewer eligible voters are always free. Larger self-administered elections are priced by eligible-voter count. Pay by card before voting begins, or arrange invoice billing with support at least one business day beforehand. Weighted votes, voter segmentation, telephone voting and nominations cost extra. Managed elections and annual arrangements require a quote.
Account creation is free, with no card or time limit for the small test election. Enter your organization, contact and voting-event details on the signup form; an emailed link completes account setup.
