What it does

Skio is a subscription commerce platform for Shopify. It combines subscriber management, a no-code journey builder, customer portal, bulk operations, payment-recovery campaigns and subscription reporting, with integrations and APIs included in its commercial offering.

Skio journeys apply subscription changes to a defined group. An After order trigger can distinguish checkout from later orders; conditions then choose the path for particular products, spending levels or customer tags. Actions include discounts, gifts and product swaps.

In Retain, Journeys, choose Create new journey and give it a name. Drag in a trigger, conditions and actions, connect the intended paths and save. A saved journey has Debug and Analytics modes. Paste a subscription ID into the viewer to inspect its recent path, or examine each node's success, skip and failure rates. Saving changes to an active journey creates a separate version with its own analytics.

Subscribers handle skips, swaps, pauses and frequency changes through the portal, while support teams can make bulk changes and inspect audit logs. Add colleagues through the account menu beside the store name, then set their permissions.

Scale costs USD 599 per 30-day billing cycle or USD 5,988 per year through Shopify, plus 1% and USD 0.20 per order involving a subscription. API access, webhooks and migration are included. Enterprise offers tailored volume pricing and support. No definite trial entitlement is stated in the readable pricing FAQ.
