What it does

SKUSavvy manages warehouse stock, purchasing and fulfillment for Shopify merchants. Staff use visual bin locations and shared inventory records. Accounts start with a 30-day trial without a card; ongoing shipping requires payment, with monthly pricing based on a base fee and order volume.

Enable cycle counting, then open the warehouse's Inventory > Cycle Counts. Choose bins manually, let count history guide automatic selection, or filter by SKU, product type and tags. Assign staff and decide whether scans are required and expected quantities are visible.

After counting, confirm discrepancies before completion: the new quantity replaces the bin's existing value. Unexpected items can be added and flagged. Inventory logs record the item, location, person and change.

The monthly base includes 249 orders, followed by graduated charges for additional orders. Online sales, point-of-sale orders, purchase orders and transfers all count. Users are unlimited. Carrier postage, optional assisted onboarding and extra AI credits are separate. A payment method is needed to keep shipping after the trial; cancellation before it ends avoids charges.

Strengths

  • Blind counts can hide the expected quantity
  • Adjustment logs identify the bin and person involved

Watch out for

  • Completing a discrepancy changes the recorded bin quantity
  • Purchase orders and transfers count toward billed volume

Best for

  • Shopify warehouse teams reconciling physical inventory
