What it does

Sleeknote creates website popups for newsletter signups, enquiries and promotional games. Plans depend on visitor traffic, with trial access available before purchase.

Log into Sleeknote, enter your website domain and choose the campaign purpose. Collect Email Addresses keeps an email field that cannot be removed. Connect With Visitors instead suits enquiries, feedback and contact requests.

When a signup fails to reach your email platform, check the destination list, credentials and field mapping. Fields required by that provider must also be required in the campaign. Double opt-in can delay list entry until the visitor confirms. Download captured signups as CSV to check what Sleeknote received before requesting another submission.

Entry plans for up to 25,000 monthly visitors

Package EUR, paid monthly EUR/month equivalent, billed annually
Core 62 49
Core and Gamification 85 68

Both allow unlimited campaigns and domains. Gamification adds options such as scratch cards and quizzes. Higher traffic bands cost more; over 500,000 visitors needs a quote. A visitor viewing several pages counts once during that visit.

The 14-day trial needs no card. Campaigns stop displaying when it ends unless you choose a paid plan. Exceeding the visitor allowance triggers a plan upgrade, following warnings at 75% and 90%.

Strengths

  • Campaign purposes separate newsletter capture from contact requests
  • Captured signups can be downloaded when an email integration fails

Watch out for

  • Collect Email Addresses campaigns must retain the email field
  • Traffic above the allowance triggers an automatic plan upgrade

Best for

  • Website teams collecting leads and troubleshooting transfers to an email platform
