What it does
Small Improvements provides performance reviews, feedback, goals and manager meetings through tiered subscriptions. A setup wizard handles review dates, participants and questions, while the review dashboard tracks completion and supports reminders. The service offers a 30-day trial; annual plans have minimums of 20 users for Launch and Grow or 30 for Elevate.
Small Improvements places earlier feedback, objectives and meeting notes beside the review. To launch a cycle, use the wizard to set dates, participants and questions, then preview and edit the notification email. Visibility settings can conceal self-assessments until managers finish their own review. The dashboard tracks completion by employee group and sends targeted reminders.
| Plan | Main scope | Minimum users |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | Essential performance reviews, praise and company directory | 20 |
| Grow | Adds colleague feedback, objectives, one-to-one meetings and pulse surveys | 20 |
| Elevate | Broader customization, integrations and advanced analytics | 30 |
Subscriptions are billed annually. The 30-day evaluation starts on signup, and the account's Settings panel handles the move to a paid package. Custom implementation sessions are charged separately.
