What it does
SmartSurvey creates surveys and feedback programs with conditional questions, respondent variables and reporting. Its paid tools add personalization, exports and team controls, while Basic provides a continuing free account.
Pass information you already know into a SmartSurvey questionnaire through URL variables or a contact list. A region or customer segment can then guide the questions shown without making the respondent enter that information again.
Display Logic shows or hides questions, pages and answer choices. Skip Logic changes the next page, while Piping repeats an earlier answer in a later question. For a long questionnaire, Save and Continue sends the respondent an email link to resume their progress, including on anonymous surveys.

Paid prices exclude VAT. Annual subscriptions have different response allocations, so do not multiply the monthly allowance to compare them.
