What it does

Snap Surveys provides questionnaire design, distribution and reporting through Snap XMP. Routing controls which questions appear and where respondents move next, with paid options for offline collection and shared projects. Starter is a free account for one user with 200 responses; paid subscriptions add capacity and scoped survey or dashboard setup.

In Snap XMP Online, select Routing in the side menu and edit Ask this question if. Enter the condition, choose whether its scope covers the current selection or all listed questions, then save with OK. Only one visibility rule is allowed per question, but it can combine several earlier answers.

Forward routing can lead to a later question or the questionnaire's end. When several selected choices have different destinations, the respondent moves to the furthest one. Check that combination while previewing a multiple-answer question.

Plan Charge Access and main additions
Starter Free One user; unlimited surveys and 200 responses
Advanced GBP 360/year, equivalent to GBP 30/month One user; three basic survey builds and dashboards
Elite GBP 1,140/user/year, equivalent to GBP 95/user/month Offline collection and shared projects
Ultra Custom quote API, custom domains and tailored configuration

Starter needs no payment details. Extra response capacity can be purchased through Snap. The paid plans include managed setup within stated survey and complexity limits. Ongoing survey or report building is an extra service.

Survey creation, publishing and analysis take place in an account. The public Starter application is the route to request access.
