What it does
SocialBu combines post planning, curation, listening, conversation handling and reporting. Its automation tools use triggers, conditions and actions around feeds and webhooks. The free start has ten lifetime posts; paid subscriptions provide recurring publishing capacity.
SocialBu can collect material from followed sources and turn selected links into social drafts. Its automation area combines RSS feeds, social-activity triggers and webhooks with conditions that control the next action. For example, a new article can become a draft for editorial review instead of being published immediately.
Response work has its own controls: assign supported conversations, change their status and add private notes. Reports cover account, content and team activity over a selected date range, using the metrics each network supplies.
| Paid plan | Social accounts | Monthly posts | Automations | Automation runs per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 8 | 750 | 1 | 10 |
| Growth | 20 | 3,000 | 50 | 5,000 |
| Agency | 50 | Unlimited | 100 | 20,000 |
Starter is for individual use and excludes the social inbox. Growth adds the inbox and five teams; Agency allows twenty teams. Monthly and yearly billing are available, with a seven-day trial of each paid plan.
The Free option connects three accounts but stops at ten lifetime posts. Those posts do not form a renewed monthly allowance, so a recurring publication schedule needs more capacity. Create the SocialBu account with your name, email and password before connecting the profiles you manage.
