What it does

Social Champ provides social planning, publishing, inbox work and reporting. Client workspaces can use their own time zones, while per-profile and bundled plans provide different ways to accommodate a portfolio of accounts. Free allows three accounts with 15 queued posts per account, alongside paid subscriptions.

Social Champ's client workspaces can use distinct time zones. An agency preparing campaigns in several regions can arrange each calendar around local publishing times, then customize network previews before queuing posts. Inbox assignments and live reply tracking help colleagues avoid answering the same conversation twice.

Choose between billing by connected profile and a bundle of accounts. Starter's monthly rate is USD 5 per account for the first ten; Growth is USD 9 per account for that first tier and includes unlimited users, approvals and listening. Further account tiers have lower marginal prices. Annual billing is also available.

The monthly bundles provide these allowances:

Bundle Monthly price, USD Social accounts Users Workspaces
Standard 29 6 2 1
Professional 59 12 5 3
Agency 149 30 Unlimited Unlimited
Enterprise Custom quote Agreed capacity Unlimited Unlimited

Free supports three social accounts with 15 posts queued per account at a time. A slot becomes available after a post publishes. Paid scheduling has a fair-use ceiling of 4,000 queued posts per account; that is a queue size, not a monthly allowance.

To begin on Free, choose that plan's Get Started link, complete registration and preferences, then connect a social account. A separate 14-day paid-feature trial is offered without a card. When moving from Free to per-profile billing, all connected accounts become chargeable, including the original three.

Strengths

  • Client time zones and network previews support regional campaign preparation
  • Per-profile or bundled plans accommodate different agency account mixes

Watch out for

  • Original free accounts become billable after a per-profile upgrade
  • Listening and unlimited team access require particular higher plans

Best for

  • Agencies scheduling regional content for several clients
