What it does
Sociality.io combines social publishing, engagement and reporting with a connection that lets compatible AI tools retrieve account and competitor data. Its Starter access includes 1,000 one-time credits; paid plans replenish credits monthly.
Sociality.io supports both day-to-day social management and custom reporting. A social team can publish, engage and report in the management interface. An internal reporting team can instead connect a compatible AI tool through MCP to retrieve social account or competitor information. The vendor explicitly distinguishes that connection from a raw API.
Its credit model uses a day of account metrics, a day of competitor insights or a post with full details as a unit of usage. For example, checking one account for a month uses account-day credits, while retrieving the full details of individual posts uses post credits.
Growth retains data for twelve months and can backfill available history, but the connected network and type of information limit what can be recovered. If a subscription becomes inactive, the stated retention before deletion is seven days. That makes continuity and exporting part of the reporting workflow.
Starter supplies 1,000 credits once and keeps data for 30 days. Growth subscriptions provide 2,000 to 20,000 credits each month; Scale has a tailored allowance and extended retention. There is no fixed plan cap on users, pages or competitors, although usage safeguards and network restrictions still apply.
To connect a compatible AI client, add Sociality's remote MCP server, sign in to a Sociality.io account and authorize access when prompted. MCP is the connection standard that lets the client request structured account statistics or post details. The MCP-only option suits a reporting team that does not need the publishing dashboard.

Best for
- Teams building social reporting assistants or internal benchmarking workflows
