What it does

SocialWeaver connects company social publishing with employee and partner advocacy through Slack, Microsoft Teams and email. Marketing administrators prepare posts, then send the published content to advocates for sharing. An account is required, with a 14-day trial available without a card.

Choose the LinkedIn destinations before preparing a SocialWeaver post. Sign in and use Settings > Channels > Connect New Channel to authorize LinkedIn profiles or pages. In Compose, select the channels, write the post and inspect its preview. A lock beside a channel means an administrator must grant publishing permission.

Schedule sends the post at a chosen date and time; it then appears under Publisher > Calendar. Publish Now sends it immediately, while Add to Library stores material for a publishing campaign. The Share to employees option sends the final published version to selected people or groups through their preferred communication tool.

Advocates can preview content and adjust the suggested sharing caption from Slack or Microsoft Teams. For a company announcement, this lets the marketing team prepare the company post and suggested personal wording together.

Paid packages count three things separately:

Package Channels Marketing users Employee advocates
Starter 10 1 20
Growth 10 3 50
Advanced 20 6 100
Enterprise Unlimited Custom Custom

Channels include tracked non-owned accounts, hashtags and blogs as well as the accounts you publish to. Extra channels and seats can be bought separately. Growth adds the content library and link tracking; Advanced adds detailed permissions, employee groups and report exports. Starter and Growth offer a 14-day trial.
