What it does
SocketLabs provides SMTP and API email delivery, reporting and tools for monitoring multiple sending streams. Subaccount views and routing rules help providers manage separate customers or projects. Core offers a one-month trial, subject to its credit allowance; continued sending requires a paid plan.
SocketLabs' stream-management tools show subaccounts together, using color-coded scores and urgency indicators to help a provider spot senders that need attention. Streams can be grouped by purpose or score, with routing rules used to make different IP decisions for different groups. An agency could inspect a client's complaint pattern without losing it inside the total from healthier client traffic.
The available reporting depends on the service. Core email delivery includes SMTP/API functionality and reporting; the pricing page places additional Spotlight, StreamMonitor and Rule Engine capabilities in the wider or enterprise offering. Spotlight's listed external connectors cover SendGrid, Mailgun and SparkPost/Bird, while Amazon SES is still described as coming soon. Create and verify an account to start Core without a credit card. The delivery trial lasts one month or until the offered credits run out; platform access and sending stop unless the account upgrades to a paid plan. Core includes 40,000 monthly emails and separate history periods for insights and performance reports.
