What it does
SogoSurvey by Sogolytics creates surveys, forms, quizzes and polls with distribution and reporting tools. Earlier answers can control which follow-up questions appear, including questions on the same page. Its Free Pro plan offers the survey feature set with annual and per-project response caps; paid plans increase those allowances.
SogoSurvey calls the earlier answer a Decision question and the conditional follow-up a Show-Hide question. Place the decision first; both questions can still share a page.
In Design, open Logic and choose the follow-up question, then select its answer source and condition. Save the settings and preview the survey. For example, a question about a recent purchase can control whether delivery feedback appears. One decision can control several follow-ups, but each Show-Hide question can be assigned only once. The first survey question cannot be a conditional target.

These three plans share the survey feature set and differ in usage allowances. Annual billing is also available with first-year discounts. SogoCore, SogoCX and SogoEX are separate enterprise offerings.
Start with an email registration. Free Pro continues without a credit card and is suitable for a small project that fits both its project and annual response caps.
